Collaborate with Assessor Coaches, employers, and mentors to maximise learner development.
Prioritize safety and welfare, maintaining a proactive health and safety culture.

Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Holds a Level 3 qualification in an automotive technical discipline.
✅ Has 3+ years of industry experience.
✅ Is a natural communicator, building meaningful relationships with apprentices.
✅ Is safety-conscious with excellent health and safety management skills.
✅ Demonstrates exceptional coaching abilities, organisational skills, and a positive mindset.
