Position Overview FleishmanHillard has an immediate opening for an energetic, motivated, and savvy Paid Media Execution Lead or Analyst (Senior Account Executive or Account Supervisor level) to lead measurement and reporting of integrated paid digital & social campaigns for multiple clients, while also guiding teams to execute campaigns flawlessly. Part analyst, part paid media strategist, this team-member will have a key role in envisioning, leading and implementing paid media campaigns and measurement programs. This role will be part of the paid social media team and the candidate should have hands-on experience with media buying platforms (Paid Social, Search, and Programmatic platforms etc.). The Role Candidates should have an interest in online advertising and digital marketing, with 3-5 years of integrated marketing and/or digital marketing experience in an agency, corporate, non-profit, or other relevant setting. Ability to manage teams; must be able to train and motivate junior employees tasked with paid campaign analysis. Must be motivational, supportive, and nurturing to teams. Learn and become an expert in paid media operations including all back-office financial and legal standard operating procedures, and be a champion for compliance across all client needs Lead paid media execution. Ensure all aspects of digital advertising and paid social planning and activations are current with industry best practices Deep experience managing clients and complex paid measurement programs. Very strong attention to detail for the purposes of QAing ad content for paid media campaign recommendations, campaign execution, ad reports, etc. to catch all issues or errors before a product is delivered to either an internal or external client. Experience following best practices, adjusting to the latest trends and recommendations across the paid media ecosystem including content and creative units, building target audiences, structuring, and managing campaigns, optimizing campaign performance and communicating campaign performance and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Conduct analytical assessment of campaign performance, isolating key drivers of success aligned to business goals as well as establishing and tracking campaign performance KPIs, and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders. Aggregate data across platforms and sources to assemble a complete campaign view and forecast business KPIs and report progress against goals. Partner with media and execution teams by using data-driven learnings to advise on strategic media plans and engineer test designs that measure the efficacy of our media execution. Define tracking, tagging and measurement requirements of campaigns and tests. Cultivate diverse teams and contribute to an inclusive working and learning environment. Qualifications Experience with media buying platforms (Paid Social, Search, and Programmatic platforms etc.) a plus. General understanding of statistical modeling including MMM, MTA, regression analysis, and significance testing. Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, SumIfs, and other advanced functions). Ability to think beyond raw data and to understand the underlying business context and sense business opportunities hidden in data. Detail-oriented, multi-tasking individual who shows curiosity about the data they work with. Strong written and verbal communicator to multi-level audiences. Experience with best-in-class web analytic tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) a plus. Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or marketing discipline. Refined Communication Skills: Ideal candidates are customer-service minded and should be calm, clear and consistent communicators adept at navigating large organizations in a positive, diplomatic way. Comfortable in the role of teacher, trainer and mentor, the successful candidate should possess enough hands-on experience implementing digital communications to translate terminology into a language that all can understand. The anticipated salary range for a Senior Account Executive position is $58,000-$82,000. The anticipated salary range for an Account Supervisor position is $61,000-$94,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and geography.
