As the Facilities Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the facilities. Your tasks will include replacing toiletries and sundries, emptying bins, cleaning the sanding room, and handling ad hoc cleaning and spillages. In addition, you will maintain equipment such as compressors, philtres, and fans, perform building repairs and painting and decorating, and handle deliveries, freight, and waste management. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will ensure that the facilities are always in top-notch condition. To excel in this role, you should have a strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills, and a can-do attitude. Previous experience in facilities management or a similar role would be advantageous. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, offering a competitive rate of £13 per hour.
