About the role: Be a positive and proactive addition to the existing staff Work 1-1 with pupils who require extra support Adhere to all safeguarding and safety protocol whilst in the classroom, as well as while running outdoor Forest School classes Creating a well structured and positive environment Teaching students with SEND/SEMH in specialist classes or groups Building relationships with the pupils, the parents and the faculty Working with Long-term Teachers: We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
