Contracted Hours Available: 8 per location
Fixed-Term Contract: Ending 29th December 2024
As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, day to day you’ll be doing things like:
1. Ensuring that the customer is at the heart of everything you do in store. It's the customer promise that all our colleagues work to.
2. Making our customers feel welcomed, wowed, and won over. That’s the way we do things at Card Factory.
3. Serving customers at the tills, ensuring they found everything they needed during their visit.
4. Recommending our amazing product ranges to our customers, including upselling gifts and wrap ranges.
5. Unpacking and restocking our products to ensure our shelves are well stocked.
6. Helping with stock take and merchandising our products.
7. Being part of a fantastic team, all passionate about celebrations and spreading more cheer.
Having experience in retail isn’t essential. We’ll show you how to use the tills and find stock. What we do want are people who are friendly, approachable, and helpful. It can get pretty busy in store, so you’ll need to be comfortable being on your feet, working at a fast pace, and adapting to changing priorities during each shift.
