Salary: £35,235 - £39,513 (08HC) plus a market supplement of £5,000 per year

The Role
Are you an experienced and passionate Social Worker? Join us in Herefordshire as we continue our journey of improvement and make a real difference in children's lives.
We currently have exciting opportunities in our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team. Based at Plough Lane, you will work closely with colleagues from Health, Education, and Police to screen referrals, assess domestic abuse notifications, and recommend timely interventions. This vital role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with service users, colleagues, and external agencies.

What You'll Need
* Qualifications: DipSW, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in statutory social care.
* Expertise in assessment, report writing, and managing complex caseloads.
* A dedication to improving the lives of children and families.
