A Typical Day in the Job: Acting as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and management for assigned support cases. Monitoring ticket queues, ensuring service levels are met and issues are updated and escalated when necessary. Coordinating across teams to ensure timely resolution of critical incidents. Providing customer-facing communications and periodic status updates. Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and technical environments. Working closely with product, support, and third-party teams to resolve technical challenges. Identifying trends, contributing to documentation, and supporting best practices in service delivery. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge: Strong interest in IT and service coordination. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive approach with good problem-solving abilities. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Experience or interest in customer service or service delivery roles. Familiarity with IT ticketing systems or support tools (preferred but not required). A Grade 5/C in GCSE English and a Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths is required for this role. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £15,000 to £17,000 per annum. Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week. Annual salary review.
