We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and conscientious member of our office team who will make a positive contribution to our whole school.
The successful candidate will work in the capacity of Office Administrator with responsibility for administrating attendance, together with a variety of administrative tasks. They will work closely with the current Administrator as the role is shared over 5 days with the vacancy to cover Wednesday Friday; They will work under the direction of the Finance and HR Officer and experience within a school setting is preferable.
They must be ambitious for our school and dedicated to working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for our children.

Confident with a welcoming manner; acting as an ambassador for the school when meeting parents and other visitors
Excellent interpersonal skills
Skilled at using systems for managing attendance and school administration

Able to work effectively under pressure and prioritise own workload
