Pay Rate: $100 - $125/hr
Schedule: 8:00/8:30 AM - 5:00/5:30 PM
Length of Assignment: 6 months with potential for conversion

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director, Commercial Supply Chain to lead and manage all aspects of our clients commercial supply chain operations. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted product supply, driving new product launches, and overseeing key relationships with external manufacturing partners. Your expertise in Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP), risk mitigation, and ERP systems will play a crucial role in the continued success of their commercial products.
What You'll Do:
* Commercial Supply Chain Leadership: Lead the global commercial supply chain strategy to ensure consistent and reliable product supply for all company products across various markets.
* Oversee key supply chain functions such as risk management, demand and supply forecasting, scenario analysis, budgeting, supplier relationship management, and inventory reconciliation.
* Planning & Execution: Develop and manage end-to-end supply plans, ensuring seamless material supply, from raw material procurement to finished goods packaging.
* Drive timely achievement of critical project milestones and ensure that both internal and external stakeholders are aligned on supply chain timelines.
* Lead all aspects of product launch readiness, including serialization processes, to ensure successful market entry and compliance.
* Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by refining supply chain processes, systems, and capabilities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
* Talent Development: Provide leadership and mentorship to supply chain team members, promoting professional growth and fostering talent within the organization.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in commercial supply chain management, including expertise in Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP), risk mitigation, and ERP systems.
* Strong track record in managing complex, global supply chains and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
* Demonstrated experience overseeing new product launches and serialization processes.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage key stakeholder relationships, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
* Strong strategic thinking with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
* Experience in driving process improvement and implementing best practices within supply chain operations.
* Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is highly desirable.
