Parr FM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join our Belfast based team The role will work across all sectors including public health and education & private including retail and production throughout NI and ROI. Position Credit Controller Department Finance Reporting to: Finance Manager Status of post: Full-time Permanent Main Duties: To cover a wide range of credit control functions including but not limited to: Management of the debtor ledger for group companies Query resolution (internal/external) Ensure customers adhere to agreed payment terms Month end reconciliations and processes Company credit checks Bank posting and reconciliation Processing on Microsoft Navision changing to Sage 200 in 2025 Reporting using Excel Portal Management Any other accounts/admin duties as required. Experience: Good working knowledge of CAFM software, Microsoft Office, Sage. Ability to work on own initiative but also to contribute to teamwork/goals.
