A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Senior Staff Nurse to work in an exceptional private mental health hospital based in the South West London area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
As the Senior Staff Nurse, your key responsibilities include:
* Supervising a defined group of team members and contributing to their overall CPD, mandatory training, and appraisal process, recognising the skills required across the team.
* Monitoring and reviewing Nursing Care plans.
* Evaluating and responding to changes in patient’s condition and needs.
* Providing a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorder.
* Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement.
* Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress.
* Leading shifts at a more senior level, as well as mentoring and supporting student nurses and other team members.
* Following all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice.

* Experience in a similar role and setting.
The successful Senior Staff Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £42,352 - £44,953 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full-time role working 38.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive the following generous benefits:
