As a member of the University's IDFE Team you will assist in the provision of first-class, sustainable and inclusive spaces through the provision of day-to-day IDFE services. This includes: the management of F&E replacements and new installations; overseeing the process for re-using IDFE assets across Campus; managing the procurement and installation of day-to-day furniture requirements; and, managing minor projects, such as Summer CTTR works. The role is mostly office based but requires travel around Campus to see various clients/spaces and also requires a degree of flexibility in working hours. About You You will have a passion for managing interior spaces and experience in delivering operational services and small-scale projects. The IDFE Team is a small but very busy Team, serving the whole of Campus, and as such it is important you are a team player and a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. First class organisational skills are also essential with the ability to use initiative and manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
