RESPONSIBILITIES
In the executive assistant role, you will be responsible for:
* Support the SLT: attend weekly, quarterly and annual leadership meetings, take notes, update systems and follow-up colleagues to ensure actions are completed.
* Company events: plan, prepare and execute state of the company meetings, birthdays, charity events and other internal colleague/client events.
* HR: manage team holidays and absences, manage company handbook, policies, contracts and employee files.
* Project management: trade shows and conferences, fleet management, IT contracts and problem solving, one-off improvements projects as directed by the SLT.
* Purchasing: manage inventory of consumables, uniform and gifts.
