Our client is recruiting for a Housing Repairs Manager to work for them on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an established company with a large housing stock in the Milton Keynes area.
Duties to include:
1. Managing all repairs and maintenance work to the housing stock.
2. Ensuring the work is completed to the required standards.
3. Managing the supervisors and trades accordingly.
4. Dealing with any issues / complaints appropriately.
You will have:
1. Experience of housing maintenance and repairs.
2. Experience of managing all trades.
3. The ability to prioritise workload.
This will be working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
