Brook Street recruitment is working with our client in Newtownards who currently have a Financial Services Administrator position in their busy office.
The Financial Services Administrator will be required to work in a small team and will play a vital role in the running of this busy office.
Duties
1. Dealing with telephone enquiries from clients and investment companies.
2. General administration duties and working in partnership with Financial Advisors.
3. Sorting and scanning mail.
4. Contacting clients to arrange appointments.
5. Liaising with the firm’s Financial Advisers.
6. Preparing, sending and tracking new business applications.
7. Maintaining the client database.
8. Accurate and diligent record keeping.
Criteria:
1. Applicants for this role MUST have a minimum of 2 years of working in the Financial Services industry and have a working knowledge of pensions and investments.
2. Working knowledge of FCA Rules, Guidance Notes and Commitments that apply to the job role.
3. Desirable - Diploma qualified or working towards.
4. The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic and self-driven to succeed.
