The main purpose of the Sales Account Manager role is to support the sales team with delivering excellent administrative support.
Key responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager role:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Raise quotations, issue and follow up. Process sales orders and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders, invoicing, or product availability. The ideal Sales Account Manager candidate will have the following:
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
