Job Duties:
* Supervise and manage classroom activities in the absence of the regular Maths teacher
* Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure smooth running of lessons
* Support students in understanding mathematical concepts and assist with any questions or challenges
* Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
* Manage student behaviour and ensure classroom discipline is maintained
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Mathematics or related field
Education:
Minimum of a degree in Mathematics or a related subject
Experience:
Prior experience working in a school setting preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage classroom dynamics and ensure a productive learning environment
* Organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Teaching qualification or experience in a similar role
Working Conditions:
Part-Time hours, working in a secondary school setting, temporary contract

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
