Excellent opportunity for Cyber Security Project Manager to be part of our Infrastructure services practice. Cognizant Infrastructure Services (CIS) provides IT infrastructure & Cloud services for clients across industry verticals, including both Consulting/Professional and Managed Services, across Enterprise Computing, Cloud services, DevOps, Data Centres, End User Computing, Service Desk, Network Services, and Environment Management Services.
Position Responsibilities and Expectations:
1. As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be managing Cyber Security and Infra Projects.
2. Proven ability to review Business Continuity and Incident Management.
3. Strong stakeholder management.
4. Experience with Cyber Security Projects (Privileged Access Management and Identity Access Management, etc).
5. Lead the successful delivery of large and complex customer IT Infrastructure from planning, design to implementation.
6. Manage the project from start to completion, including the resolution of project risks and issues.
7. Provide leadership and management of the various project managers and teams within the program.
8. Ensure project objectives and performance metrics are achieved.
9. Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are accepted by the customer.
10. Responsible for regular customer and internal program status and project financial reporting.
11. Organize and lead the various project teams and project governance team meetings.
12. Achieve excellence on defined internal success parameters such as schedule, cost, and process adherence, quality of deliverables, minimum rework, planned effort, and higher customer satisfaction.
13. Achieve excellence for customer success parameters such as meeting customers’ business objectives, planned budget, and on-time delivery, leading to satisfied customers.
14. Establish connections across customer CIO organization, client business functions, and suppliers to deliver successful programs.
15. Develop and manage service partner relationships.
16. Ensure profitability of the overall engagement by meeting customer profitability objectives as per plan.
17. Maintain the integrity of the projects/programs, focusing on internal consistency and compliance with standards, processes, and strategies.
18. Adhere to standard document quality checks and controls, and quality procedures such as Six Sigma, ensuring quality orientation for self and team.
19. Participate actively during the presales cycle and contribute to Deliverability Assessments, enabling CIS to win additional business.
20. Build tight working relationships with global delivery teams.
21. Exhibit good business judgment, a comfortable, open communication style, and a willingness and ability to work with customers and teams.
22. Base location is not a constraint for the role. Limited travel will be required as per project needs.
