Job Overview:
– Position: Parts Consultant/Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
– Customer Service: Greet clients, handle service enquiries, ensure exceptional front-of-house experience
– Appointment Management: Answer calls, book appointments, coordinate service schedules
– Parts Management: Process orders, handle trade enquiries, provide pricing information
– Inventory Control: Check-in and book parts efficiently
– Communication: Maintain clear communication with customers, suppliers, and workshop staff
Work Schedule:
– Full-time hours (Monday to Friday) 8am to 5pm
– Saturday working – Every Second Saturday – 8am to 12pm

Requirements

– Previous experience in motor parts or service advisory roles
– Strong accuracy in vehicle component identification
– Excellent communication and organisational skills
– Customer-focused approach with a friendly, professional demeanour
– Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
– Relevant experience in automotive parts or service advisory roles (required)
– Automotive qualifications (preferred but not essential)
