Asset Management Adviser/Administrator
37 Hours Per Week
Circa £26,250 per annum
Horsham, West Sussex
We’re looking for an Asset Management Adviser to provide vital administrative and operational support across our Asset Management, Asset Data, M&E, and Property Safety teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing key administrative tasks, facilitating communication with customers and stakeholders, and supporting financial and operational processes.
You’ll also provide flexible support across all teams, adapting to changing priorities and business needs. From scheduling meetings and managing diaries to reviewing certificates and organising documentation, your work will be essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. To be successful in this role you will need to:
* Have strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage your time effectively.
* Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administrative processes.
* Have demonstrable experience in raising purchase orders and managing their approval process in line with procedures.
* Communicate confidently and professionally with colleagues, contractors, and customers, using strong interpersonal skills.
* Maintain a customer-focused approach, effectively managing queries and providing support where needed.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with database management and property safety systems.
* Take a proactive, flexible approach to work, using initiative to solve problems and improve processes.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth coordination across different teams and workstreams.
