We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Service Technical Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our Customer Service Operation by providing comprehensive technical support to customers and colleagues. This position requires proficiency in various software applications and strong clerical skills to manage daily tasks effectively. You will be responsible for offering resolutions to complex and varied customer and colleagues enquires about our full product range.

Technical Advice (70%):
1. You have a curiosity for developing technical understanding and helping others trouble shoot issues
2. Youre good at translating technical knowledge to simple language for people to understand to solve issues
