Position: Ocean Export Operator
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Hours: Flexible: (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)

Ocean Export Operator Role:
As an Ocean Export Operator, you'll be responsible for managing the full life cycle of ocean export consignments - from start to finish. You'll need a solid background in ocean freight forwarding and the ability to work independently within a supportive and close-knit team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Handled ocean export shipments from booking to final delivery
Creating and managing documentation, including Bills of Lading, export declarations, and commercial invoices
Liaising with carriers, hauliers, overseas agents, and clients to ensure smooth operations
Providing excellent customer service and timely updates throughout the shipping process
Resolving issues proactively and maintaining accurate recordsWhat We're Looking For:
Experience in ocean export freight forwarding (end-to-end)
Knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation
