The Role
This hybrid role blends executive support with project coordination, making it ideal for someone with experience in PMO, project coordination, or business operations. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, managing critical projects, improving processes, and ensuring efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
* Support project planning, tracking milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
* Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
* Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
* Support process improvement initiatives across the business.
Executive Support:
* Manage senior leaders’ schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring effective follow-ups.
* Handle confidential communications and sensitive business information.
* Assist in organising company events, conferences, and leadership sessions.
Who You Are
* Project-Oriented: Experience in project coordination, PMO, or operational planning.
* Highly Organised: Able to juggle multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines.
* Detail-Focused: Strong attention to detail with a structured approach to work.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
* Proactive & Resourceful: Can anticipate challenges and find solutions independently.
* Strong Communicator: Confident in working with stakeholders at all levels.
