If you are looking for a new opportunity where you can push boundaries within a vibrant team, we would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Deliver marketing campaigns across website & blog (Wordpress) Paid / organic social media (Meta/ Hootsuite or SocialPilot) Email (Mailchimp) to drive brand visibility and engagement Design Creation: Create design-lead marketing materials including blog posts, email newsletters, social media content, brochures, and presentations, inline with the AIDA model (Canva). Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok & YouTube Creating new and recycling content, inline with brand messaging and clear Call-to-actions (CTAs). Meta, Hootsuite / SocialPilot) SEO & SEM: Assist in optimising content for SEO and SEM to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings. (SEMrush or other) PPC: Support PPC campaigns and google ad campaigns (Google Ads) with the help of Head of Marketing. Event Coordination: Strengthen brand presence and customer engagement by assisting in the organisation of promotional events, webinars and product launches (EventBrite). Research: Conduct research to identify trending topics, target audiences, and customer success stories, to repurpose for outbound marketing insights. Performance: Track (Google Tag Manager), analyse (Google Analytics), and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. What skills and experience do you need? Skills: You will ideally have at least 5 years’ experience working in a marketing role, from any industry. A strong understanding and knowledge of key marketing principles including but not limited to AIDA, Marketing funnels, SEO, SEM, The 7Ps, Conversions. A keen eye for detail for copywriting and proofreading purposes. Experience in basic video editing skills utilising iMovie or similar platform. Proficient in email marketing through platforms such as Mailchimp. Confidence in creating and executing engaging social media content to appeal to a growing international audience. Competence in design creation through Canva software in line with brand guidelines. A strong analytical and data driven approach. Excellent written and verbal communication with a creative flair and proactive mindset. Value innovation, teamwork, creativity, honesty and integrity. Education: Qualified in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. CIM Qualification desirable, but not essential.
