Operational Support Grade Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the day-to-day running of the prison, including security and searches at the gate, managing deliveries, supervising visitors, and monitoring phone calls and CCTV.
* Working a variety of shifts, including weekend and night shifts, to maintain a high level of service.
Requirements:
* Ability to work well under pressure and keep calm in challenging situations.
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
* Common sense and good judgment.

You will have limited contact with prisoners, although depending on the particular prison you may interact with them occasionally.
