day allocated to support a cause that matters to you. About you: We're looking for a hospitality enthusiast with a passion for technology to join us as our EPoS Implementation Specialist. You'll be a great fit for this role if you've worked in an F&B setting and are familiar with the workings of Point of Sale software solutions. You'll work on the road visiting our customer sites, and lead on the installation of our market-leading EPoS software, along with the associated hardware and networking. As a key member of the team you'll be responsible for representing The Access Group in a professional manner, having the knowledge and customer service skills to support our customers with all queries. Day-to-day, you will:
* Conduct on site database configuration of our EPoS solutions Implement and train our EPoS solutions to customers Install hardware for customers onpremise Actively take control of the project delivery components for which you are responsible to
see through to completion
* Maintain close contact with the Project Manager, keeping them informed of any progress or delays Document any faults, features or site-specific items/issues as and when requested and also in line with the company processes Adhere to and follow company procedures accurately and efficiently Complete and maintain all company paperwork in a timely, accurate and efficient manner in line with the company guidelines Assist the Access Group Support Team when not on customer sites Your skills and experiences might also include: You're experienced with Electronic Point of Sale solutions - you've worked in hospitality and F&B either as in Restaurant, Hotel, Bar, Pub or in a similar role You relentlessly think Guest - thinking of the Guest comes second nature to Access employees, we put a customer lens on all that we do You're bold and prepared to drive change - you use learning techniques, soft skills and lead
by example to inject new ways of thinking wherever needed
* You can work autonomously - once given a project, you can tackle the bulk of it, taking input and feedback but making it your own through to successful conclusion You're meticulously organised - you use efficient processes and know how to multitask seamlessly You're an engaging communicator - you're written skills allow you to keep people well informed, alongside your verbal skills which keep colleagues and customers onboard with updates and any progress made You're flexible - as this role involves time on customers sites in the UK, you'll need to be able to be away from home Monday to Friday with a full clean UK driving licence What are we all about?
