An Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key company executives. Their duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements. Responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. The EA needs to be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, the role will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members
Experience:
* Extensive diary management - Realtime management and prioritising meeting based on business needs
* Taking notes on behalf of COO and sharing detailed actions with owners
* Following up actions to closure
* Co ordinating with internal and external stakeholders
* Act as first point of contact for COO and agree meetings in accordance of availability / priority
* Travel Managment - Geo and Local (Raising Travel request, booking tickets, hotels, taxis)
* Expense Management - Claiming expenses of completed travels in timely fashion
* Approvals - Manage approvals on all HCL applications on behalf of CC (Requests come from all functions for travels, leaves, attendance, IT, Assets, etc.)
Skills/Knowledge:
* Experience of working as a PA/EA at Executive level.
