An opportunity has arisen in Muirton Ward, Seafield hospital, Buckie for a Deputy Charge Nurse.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is keen to join a team working with older adults who are experiencing mental ill health. You will be responsible for supporting the senior charge nurse in managing an in-patient unit of patients with organic illness. You will provide line management, clinical supervision and professional leadership to nursing staff.
This is an exciting opportunity at a time of continuing quality improvement and innovation to join the team. This post requires vision, innovative practice development, the ability to work across professional boundaries and a real desire to provide the highest standards of patient care.
You should possess sound clinical knowledge and good interpersonal skills with the ability to support and deputise for the Senior Charge Nurse and support all staff in developing their knowledge and skills. You will continue to work directly with patients, families and the wider multi-disciplinary team. Moray is a beautiful part of Scotland which offers excellent quality of life in a rural setting.
