About the Role:
Fuse are looking for a Senior Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role as conduit between the Operations team, Agency Senior Leadership Team, and Omnicom Tech teams.

You will play a critical role in the central Operations Team, helping us deliver operational excellence for all Fuse clients in the UK. You will lead the team to deliver on key projects across two key pillars: Business Operations and Business Transformation including elements of Automation and Tech.
The role will be a blend of troubleshooting issues, innovative thinking, and building strong relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders. You will have direct line management responsibilities for a team of Operations Executives, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success in their roles.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include the following areas:
Business Operations
1. Continuously review and refine all operational policies and ways of working, collaborating with the relevant teams to implement updates. Ensure clear communication of any changes across the Agency to promote consistency and alignment.
2. Lead the development of new ways of working, process, and training documentation to empower teams and drive operational excellence.
3. Create and manage dashboards and measurement frameworks, to ensure all projects are tracked and measured against KPIs, highlight successes, and identify areas for further refinement.
4. Overseeing office management and initiatives to ensure the smooth running of the business.
5. Overseeing the management and maintenance of our internal communications platform.
Resource Management
1. Lead agency resource management efforts to ensure internal resource requests are managed efficiently. Use live tools and up to date resource allocation data to identify solutions to support Client Scope of Work ensuring the correct expertise and levels have been identified to optimise maximum profit margin.
2. Partner with Finance and People teams to manage new hire requests and support the recruitment process.
3. Continuously enhance the resourcing dashboard and identify additional areas of analysis to drive informed decision making.
Transformation & Ad hoc projects
1. Collaborate with Senior Leadership and the wider OMG Operations team to identify and implement innovative solutions that automate and streamline Agency processes, using tools and future focused technology, to enable us to be ‘best-in-class’ in effectiveness and efficiency.
2. Taking ownership of all Agency transformation projects and working with a small taskforce to facilitate the evolution and adoption of GenAI across the business.
3. Identify opportunities for deeper operational analysis, embedding into various Agency dashboards to support smarter decision-making. Regularly update and adapt data templates to ensure they remain relevant and impactful.
About You:
1. Demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
2. Familiar/base knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate.
3. Have strong project management and time management skills, keeping multiple priorities on track.
4. Be an analytical thinker with excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
5. Champion and evolve processes to help deliver operational efficiency.
