The Temporary Staffing Team Leader is responsible for the effective management and coordination of the Temporary Staffing (Bank) service within the Trust. This role ensures that the Trust's temporary staffing needs are met promptly and efficiently, with a focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. The role also involves managing a team and ensuring the smooth operation of the temporary staffing service to support clinical and non-clinical departments.

Main duties of the job
* Lead and Inspire: Manage and develop a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Coordinate: Oversee the placement of temporary staff, ensuring that all shifts are filled efficiently and in compliance with Trust policies.
* Drive Cost Efficiency: Monitor staffing costs and implement strategies to reduce expenditure where necessary.
* Enhance Service Delivery: Work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Champion Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to NHS standards and regulations, maintaining the highest levels of governance and transparency.

Experience
Essential
* Previous Administrative experience (3 years minimum), including a minimum of 1 year's Staff Management/ Supervisory experience
* Previous experience of dealing with sensitive and/or complex situations
Desirable
* Experience of managing organisational change within a team e.g. restructures, changes to job requirements.
Skills
Essential
* Self-discipline/motivated to function independently, but also able to motivate others
* Possess a range of developed communication skills
* Have the ability to exercise sound judgement in relation to problem solving and identifying situations requiring further advice
Qualifications

* Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent. English at C or above - or equivalent qualification/demonstrable experience.
