As a Behaviour Support Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with challenging behaviours, helping them engage more positively in their learning. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff, you will be providing one-on-one support for students, implementing strategies to manage behaviour, and ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed in a positive and inclusive learning environment.
