We are looking for great leaders to join the team responsible for the flagship Exclaimer Cloud SaaS solution, utilizing the latest technologies in our push to expand the product’s functionality and evolve the technical platform.
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Product Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention of our Core product. You will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, data, sales, customer success, and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities, experiment with new strategies, and scale successful initiatives. Your work will directly impact our key business metrics and help us achieve ambitious growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead a cross-functional Growth team, collaborating with technology, product design, and data teams.
* Build strong relations with commercial teams to drive alignment on acquisition, activation, and monetization strategies and experiments across the wider business.
* Closely monitor day-to-day commercial performance to identify areas of support and intervention.
* Define and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth with a focus on activation and monetization in year one.
* Design, implement, and analyze experiments to improve conversion rates, engagement, and user lifetime value.
* Enhance the product experience through strategies that improve user onboarding, activation, and engagement.
* Collaborate with other product and engineering teams on results of growth experiments and further improvements in their areas of impact.
* Present insights, progress, and plans to Product & Technology and the wider business, including C-level and Senior Management team.
* Balance legacy transformation work with live business priorities.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
* Solid experience in growth product management, product management, or a related role preferably in B2B SaaS.
* Proven track record of driving growth and core product metrics.
* Strong understanding of growth frameworks, metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention), and experimentation processes.
* Proficiency in data analysis and ability to ask the right questions.
* Experience in A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
* Excellent product management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
