Our reputable housing agency client are currently looking for a vibrant and welcoming receptionist/Administrator to join their team. The role will be responsible for Reception Duties as well as assisting the branch with administrative duties
Main Responsibilities of the Receptionist/Administrator
* Receptionist Duties: Including answering the branch telephone with high levels of customer service
* Welcoming visitors into the branch
* Providing administrative support to the branch for Appointment setting and property listings
* Advertising properties via Social media and marketing platforms
* Further administrative duties when requested for support by the team
Experience and Skills required
* Previous experience within a receptionist/Administrative role is ideal
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
* Strong Administrative skills
* Excellent Telephone Manner
* High levels of customer service
