The guests eat and drink on a beautiful marble-topped bar where and watch the chefs at work. The front of house teams work around the bar, creating an energetic and uniquely enjoyable service

The Chef de Partie role:
* One year experience of a high-volume, quality Restaurant kitchen in a similar role
* Run sections and have good knife skills and filleting experience
* Passionate about Mediterranean Cuisine and Seasonality
* Understanding of flavours balance, a passion for food and your own career development is a must
* Excellent knowledge of ingredients, allergens and adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
* Positive and kind attitude in the kitchen
* Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
* A passion for hospitality and your own development is a must
