We purchase Volkswagen Group products and sell them through our network of approved brokers. We manage our broker partners, who offer individual retail contract hire to both business and personal customers.What you\\\'ll be working on:With strong customer service and administration skills and a drive to see issues through to resolution, you\\\'ll build great relationships and actively contribute to the growth of our customer portfolio, helping us hit our sales targets month on month to continue our portfolio growth.The role of the Broker Sales Support Executive is to provide support to our Sales Team whilst building relationships directly with brokers and helping them navigate every step of the customer journey. The role is vital in the delivery of service excellence and contributing to the growth and development of the Retail department. The service you provide to our Brokers and Retailers will set us apart from every other leasing company. Your day to day:Managing enquiries in the Broker Sales Support mailbox and by telephone from brokers, retailers, and internal teams, providing complete and accurate responses in a timely manner.Pro-actively running bespoke reports to ensure our systems are kept up to date with accurate information.Maintaining our Point of Sale and Stock Management system to ensure Broker and Retailers can self-serve to aid efficiency.Providing proactive support to the external Sales Team to aid sales growth.Handling a wide range of administrative duties to keep us efficient in all areas.Liaising with other departments for key information and data required to ensure we are up to date.Desired Skills and Experience:High level of customer service and drive to work off initiative.Be able to manage objections and resolve issues through to completionPassionate about driving efficiencies and identifying improved ways of workingConfident, with strong communication skills, telephone and email.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Skilled at picking up new systems and processes, confident in the use of MS Office.Strong team player, comfortable with working to team targets and influencing and supporting our customers.Ability to adapt to changing demands and different customer requirements.What\\\'s in it for you?
