We’re looking for a dedicated Multi Skilled Operative with a multiple trade background to carry out the general repair, maintenance, void and planned works of our properties.
This is a permanent, full-time post, working 40 hours per week. This role offers a pay rate of £14.61 per hour, which equates to a salary of £30,472.37 per annum.
What you'll do
1. You’ll undertake maintenance and void and planned works in properties across south-east Wales.
2. You'll liaise with our tenants and colleagues directly to guarantee the smooth running of the appointments and ensure all jobs are fully complete to a high standard.
What you'll need
1. You’ll have experience of repairs, maintenance, voids and/or planned works.
2. You’ll be able to demonstrate a broad range of trade skills to carry out a variety of maintenance tasks and/or installations to a high standard of craftsmanship.
3. A valid UK driving licence is essential. You will have access to a company vehicle (manual transmission).
We’re interested in people with a range of skills and experience and will consider individuals who have a relevant qualification with limited experience, or those who have experience but have yet to complete a qualification.
