Hayward Hawk are delighted to be working in Exclusive partnership with a large scaling firm to recruit an International Tax Manager/Senior Manager to join their specialist team. The successful International Tax specialist will lead the international tax function, overseeing tax compliance, planning, and reporting for my clients global clients. The person will have advanced knowledge of international tax laws and regulations, as well as the ability to develop and implement strategic tax initiatives to optimise the company's global tax position and mitigate tax risks. The Role Prepare and review international tax filings, including but not limited to, corporate income tax, transfer pricing documentation, and country-by-country reporting. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations in all relevant jurisdictions. Analyse proposed transactions and business initiatives to identify tax planning opportunities and risks. Provide guidance on international tax implications of business operations, including expansion into new markets and restructuring activities. Manage transfer pricing documentation and compliance requirements. Support transfer pricing audits and inquiries from tax authorities. Prepare and review international tax provisions for financial reporting purposes. Assist in the preparation of tax disclosures for financial statements and other regulatory filings. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax-related information. Conduct research on tax issues affecting the company's global operations and provide recommendations for compliance and optimisation. Qualifications: ACA, ACCA and or CTA qualified Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international tax. Strong understanding of international tax laws and regulations, including transfer pricing principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax regulations and apply them to business operations. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Attention to detail with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel.
