Job Description:
Hours: 8am - 4pm | Hybrid - Monday to Friday

Day to Day Duties:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive mechanical testing plans to ensure product reliability and compliance.
2. Prepare detailed technical documentation, including test reports, procedures, and validation records.
3. Conduct factory and site acceptance tests (FAT/SAT), ensuring all equipment meets performance standards.
4. Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to refine testing processes and improve product quality.
5. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, providing corrective actions.
6. Ensure strict adherence to safety, compliance, and quality control standards.
7. Manage test schedules, documentation workflows, and report findings to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. HNC (or equivalent) or higher in an engineering field.
2. Proven experience in mechanical testing, validation, and technical documentation.
3. Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems, including industry standards like BS7671.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
5. UK Security Clearance required.
6. Experience with software-based testing tools.
7. Knowledge of advanced validation techniques.
8. Familiarity with automation systems.
Training:
1. Training in latest mechanical testing standards and compliance regulations.
2. Support for additional certifications & qualifications.
