A day in the life of a Senior Recruiter / Principal Recruiter:
* Consult with clients to provide specialist headhunting services for complex technical vacancies.
* Run your own 360 recruitment desk, building client and candidate networks in a niche technical arena.
* Generate new business leads and conduct outbound business development, including cold calling and sales techniques.
* Maintain a highly efficient and organised desk, managing candidate calls, interviews, and new business meetings.
* Conduct active candidate searches using various methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, CRM, and other databases.
* Qualify candidates' suitability based on detailed technical job briefings from clients.
* Manage communications between candidates, clients, and the agency to promote a positive experience.
* Attend international conferences and conduct onsite client visits to grow and utilise your business network.
