I am currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join an exceptional business, who are expanding due to growth and success. The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn. Day to day life as a HR Administrator – Deliver HR administrative support to both clients and the business. Involvement within recruitment and the onboarding process of new starters. Tracking training and organising any refreshments that need to be conducted. Communicating correspondence of letters regarding contracts, dismissals, meetings and pay. Monitor absences, sickness and timekeeping of employees. Monitor and manage the HR inbox. Requirements for the role of a HR Administrator – Previous experience in Microsoft and Office packages. Strong IT Skills Attention to detail. Time management and organisation skills. Comfortable and professional in difficult situations. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably within the Healthcare industry. Benefits / Extra information for the HR Administrator role – Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 Up to £26,500 Annual salary DOE. 21 days bank holidays annual leave. Free parking. Full Time Office role.
