Key Responsibilities: · Strategic Leadership: Implement strategic plans and budgets, support the CEO and Board, drive cost-effectiveness, and lead team development. · Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensure compliance, provide financial guidance, and oversee audits. · HR Management: Lead HR strategy, ensure legal compliance, manage performance, and foster a positive culture. · Operations Management: Ensure efficient operations, manage IT systems, develop policies, and lead risk management. Person Specification: Education: · Degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field. · Qualified Accountant (ACA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience (AAT).
