About the role
Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes customers. As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the shop when the Manager isn’t available. You will motivate the team and ensure they have everything needed to excel. We serve customers across various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You will lead in providing a brilliant shopping experience, whether in-store or online. Typical shift responsibilities include:
1. Inspiring the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards
2. Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and courteously
3. Preparing products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Keeping displays stocked and appealing
5. Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the shop

You should be reliable with natural leadership abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Supportive of an inclusive culture, you value diversity.
