Position: Oversee a set broker portfolio, managing relationships and achieving collective and individual targets along with other set KPIs. Develop in-depth knowledge of New Connections, Water and Waste markets. Identify and pursue sales opportunities working in partnership with your portfolio Conduct bespoke energy tenders, supporting brokers through the sales process, contract negotiations and closing. Provide sales forecasts for your brokers, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Identify broker specific business requirements and promote suitable products and suppliers to generate new revenue streams. Collaborate effectively with the wider teams to ensure tendering & pricing requirements are met to agreed SLA’s Be an ambassador for OnlineDIRECT fostering a positive and professional image to enhance the company’s profile within Additional Services.
