Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Eastbourne, hybrid, free parking
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 9:00am - 5:30pm
About the Role:
We're looking for experience Property Manager to join a small (team of 5) but very friendly team in Eastbourne. Ideally you will have a block management experience, but this is not mandatory. So if you have solid (2 years min) property management experience, please do apply today!
Property Manager Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Act as the main point of contact for leaseholders, tenants, and contractors
Organise and oversee maintenance works, repairs, and health & safety inspections
Prepare and manage service charge budgets, liaising with accounts teams
Ensure compliance with relevant property legislation, including Section 20 consultationsThe Property Manager will have / be:
Block management experience would be ideal, however strong property management experience would be sufficient
Experience providing Section 20 Notices
ATPI qualification is an advantage
Driving license and own transport
Great communication skills
