Your Responsibilities
1. Leading the Health Care Professionals channel
2. Developing and implementing brand strategies using sound analytics and insights
3. Planning of events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
4. Strategically develop and execute promotional and activation plans
5. Participating in and help to oversee Brand Planning and overall Brand Communication plan
6. Working with cross-functional teams to lead execution efforts (Sales, Shopper Marketing, Insights, Supply Chain, Nutritionists, nutritional therapists, etc.)
7. Managing external agencies
8. Supporting the preparation of regular business updates to key stakeholders: senior leaders and external partners.
9. Supporting the innovation pipeline development, securing buy-in from key stakeholders
10. Delivering the numbers, thanks to regular tracking of initiatives, brand performance, brand budget and P&L.
11. Delivering all initiatives on time and with quality
Your Profile
12. A ‘commercial-marketeer’ able to drive both brand equity and brand P&L.
13. Data-driven & analytical, you will be familiar with key data sets including Nielsen/IRI, Kantar & Google Trends to perform brand analysis, business cases, and competitive reviews, turning insights into actions
14. Strong Business Ownership - you’ll have a strong drive for result, seeing your platform as your own business
15. Cross-Functional leadership & collaboration - you have an ability to build strong relationships across different departments and work as one team to influence results and deliver against a clear business strategy
16. Positive, can-do spirit and creativity– you’ll bring bags of energy & enthusiasm driving the growth of your assigned platforms
17. Track record of success working within a FMCG brand-building role at Brand Manager level, with previous local and /or regional market experience
18. Strong operational project management experience leading comms & product innovation workstreams, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
