An exciting opportunity has arisen to support join an award-winning company as their Front of House/Operations Assistant for a 1 2 month FTC The ideal candidate will be immediately avaliable to start. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, polished and solutions-focused individual to take on a pivotal role within the business and be a true ambassador. This is a chance to bring your organisational skills to a varied and rewarding position, supporting the team and day-to-day runnings of the office to ensure it runs seamlessly. You’ll be based in beautiful Central London offices, working within a close-knit and collaborative team. Your duties will consist of supporting the team with diary/travel requests and welcoming clients, to general office management duties such ordering kitchen/stationary supplies, overseeing meeting rooms and supporting on internal/external events. What we ’ re looking for: Ideally some previous administrative/PA/front of house experience working in a fast-paced and professional office environment. A natural born organiser with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Confident communicator, comfortable working across all levels of a business. Adaptable and resourceful, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for improving processes.
