Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum for KS1 and KS2.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes.
Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and promotes a love of learning.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development and address individual needs.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching KS1/KS2.
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
