The Opportunity:
Are you our next Security Operations Support Coordinator? We are looking for someone who can help us redefine what's possible for our Security team.
What is the role?
This is an integral role within the Security operation that provides an operational support service to enable the Security operational leadership team to provide an efficient high level of compliance, service and performance. The individual will be able to work with minimal supervision and multitask in a fast-paced operational environment, also requiring the ability to deal with short notice issues proactively and effectively.
What you'll be doing
1. Proactively provide an efficient and focused administrative provision to the Security operational leadership team.
2. Provide administrative support to line managers in relation to HR meetings.
3. Ensure adequate provision of all necessary supplies and consumables required within the security operation.
4. Prepare, produce and communicate daily operational deployment plans across the security operation.
5. Management and oversight of compliance related paperwork across all operational areas.
6. Ensure serviceability and availability of ancillary equipment within operational areas.
7. Manage completion of Workplace Inspections (WPIs) and track associated actions.
8. Support with investigation and response to customer complaints where required.
9. Any other adhoc duties as required by the operational leadership team.
Do you have what we're looking for?
1. Proven experience in an operational and/or administrative role.
2. Excellent time management skills: the ability to organize and plan how to smartly divide time between specific activities.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced operation.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills: easily communicate and interact with a large range of people, providing problem-solving support to the operational leadership team.
8. Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach to processes and ways of working with good problem-solving skills.
