We are now recruiting for a Construction Project Coordinator to join us and play a key role in ensuring timely and smooth delivery of our clients’ glazing projects. You will be the main point of contact for our clients from the sales handover through to the on-site completion. You will coordinate the joinery packages, managing budgets and maintaining regular communication with suppliers, the project team and site staff. As our Construction Project Coordinator, you will be specifically responsible for: Coordinating glazing projects from Sales Handover to on-site completion. Communicating with clients, providing technical support and guidance. Managing joinery schedules, placing orders, receiving deliveries and ensuring compliance with building regulations. Maintaining budgets, raising invoices and managing payment stages for projects. Liaising between the Oakwrights team and joinery suppliers, resolving issues and ensuring smooth project flow. Monitoring project progress, logging communications and keeping all parties informed. Participating in stock control, site scheduling, timesheet management and other administrative tasks. Collaborating with the wider project team, occasionally assisting with on-site tasks such as snagging or completion. In order to be successful in this role you should have: Experience in project coordination, particularly in glazing or construction, is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and suppliers. Proficiency in budget management with the ability to track projects costs and ensure financial targets are met. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well within a team.
