We’re hiring for Support Workers in Newquay
We have opportunities in two of our supported living settings in Quintrell Downs, Newquay. You will support three fun, energetic young men living in their own flats. They are active and enjoy a range of interests from skateboarding, beach outings, and evenings out with friends. Alternatively, you can join our team supporting three people in their golden years, sharing their peaceful home together. Supporting in this small setting allows you to work on a one-to-one basis, really focusing on the person, their preferences, needs, and outcomes for the day.
The support you provide will be centered around each person, developing daily living skills, accessing a wider community, personal care, and medication needs.
Working in friendly teams, you’ll be supported in your role from day one. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support.
